The door frame is 1 in. x 2 in. welded steel with a mitered top. Within the frame is a double bore lock box with a 2-3/8 in. opening that would allow for the use of most 2-3/8 in. standard back-set lock sets. Included is a reversible hinge which would allow for easy installation on either the left or right side of the door frame.
